Sabina was an excellent coach. It is only be looking back at where I started I’ve realised how far I’ve come with her. I was afraid of using some equipment and felt quite nervous going to the weights section of the gym but now I am a lot more confident in the gym not afraid of trying new exercises and every week I was seeing improvements. She also went at my pace but pushed me when she knew I had more in me whereas I definitely wouldn’t have pushed myself. If there was anything that I couldn’t do or needed changing she was great at modifying some exercises when needed. She was really supportive and always just a text away.

I like how Sabina works with people. She is really sympa, patient and lovely. She explains how to better perform the exercise and looks if we are doing it correctly. That is super great!!!

Training with you was amazing. You made me realize that having a healthy lifestyle is a positive attitude that a person should always have. It’s also responsible for my own body. Even when I am at home now, I still train myself regularly but as intensively as before. Sometimes I also have a long walk for 1 hour. You met my expectations in all aspects.
