Hi there!

My fitness journey started very early and before I bought my first gym membership I played basketball for many years and later at University. Unfortunately, my intentions with a fitness lifestyle weren’t always good and I struggled from a very young age with body dysmorphia and disordered eating habits.

But coming back to fitness I once used to be that very intimidated and shy person absolutely terrified of going on the gym floor so I fell in love with fitness classes and I tried them all! In 2017 I decided to do a PT course and later on, I got my first coach to help me prep for my first bodybuilding show but didn’t finish because of my health issues. I lost my period for 4 years and this is an important part of my fitness journey full of tries and errors and lots of learning moments about myself and my body.

In the following years, as my experience with training grew so did my disordered habits and negative body image and I had to really step back in what’s important. Luckily, I was able to reset my body and get my period back naturally and slowly work on my relationship with my body and why I train because I always trained hard and a lot.

All the struggles guided me into being so interested in women’s fitness, health and well-being through different seasons of life.

In 2021 I completed a pre/postnatal fitness and yoga course and started to get to know more about female physiology and needs across these phases.

Everything started to make even more sense when I got pregnant myself in 2023 and I could experience how important and beneficial is movement, strength training and overall wellbeing during pregnancy and even more how it helps with postpartum recovery.

Women deserve to know more about their bodies and I love educating women on that and helping them to find their passion in the training because it has many more benefits than a strong body (and its benefits) it helps with resilience and a strong mindset as well.
