INITIAL CONSULTATION

- we will discuss where you are currently at, what is your experience and if you are ready for coaching
- we will set goals and discuss what will need to be done and how
- the initial consultation is a great opportunity for me to meet you and gather as much information so I can come back with an effective plan of action, also you gotta have a chance to meet me!

TRAINING PLAN


- training plans and workouts (exercise library with video) are delivered via the online software that’s available as a mobile app

- tailored training plan to your goals and needs in four training blocks (4 weeks each) that will push you each towards progress

-  you’ll get a tailored training plan with recommendations for your specific needs (I’ll help you to choose the training split and how your routine could look so you’re able to stick to your goals even after the program ends

- you will learn how to train properly and efficiently with my guidance (including feedback on your training/exercises and technique)

- the training program will be progressing as we move towards your goals with additional adjustments if needed

NUTRITION


- you’ll be required to send me a detailed food dairy so I can give you appropriate tailored nutrition recommendations, tips and resources to help you get the best results

- sample meal plan for your calorie/macronutrient needs with food swaps

- grocery shopping list

- meal tracking & portion control guide

- tips on meal prep

- recommendations on supplements if needed

F&Q - Will I get a meal plan?

I’ll write a meal plan sample for your calorie/macro recommendation. This is meant to be just a starting guide to give you some ideas, you will get a nutrition guide with many tips and also support tips and recipes in the private group. I don’t support strict meal plans unless we are working towards a specific event (photoshoot, wedding, competition,...) and for me is important to help you create healthy habits that will suit your lifestyle and will help you to achieve long-term change. Meal plans tend to be restrictive rather than certain guidelines will give you the option to teach you about nutrition, and also teach you to make better choices on your own.


WEEKLY CHECK-INS & FEEDBACK


- one of the commitments is to check in with me weekly through a questionnaire form so I can give you appropriate feedback and adjustments to your plan if needed

- this is non-negotiable and you will be required to send weekly updates and measurements/photos on a given day/time

- feedback is delivered also on training videos, it’s important for me that you make the most of your training sessions, that you train safely and effectively, I encourage my clients to always send me as many training videos as they need to get feedback and coaching tips to improve their performance

- also, we will meet on the video call every month to review each phase and go through your questions, progress, or struggles


PROGRESS TRACKING


- measurements (body weight) & progress photos will be done consistently and saved in the same app for progress tracking

- this is your journey and I will encourage you to document your progress consistently, firstly it’s a very important form of feedback for me to see how you’re progressing or not but also it’s a great tool for you to stay motivated and accountable

RESOURCES


- my goal is to give you as many resources to support your journey and also educate you because when you better understand why we are doing what we doing it will become much easier, this includes e-books, templates, videos and access to private FB group and private chat with other women

ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT


- you get 1:1 support from me, through weekly check-ins and direct messages, on top of that you get access to private group chat with other women on the same journey to support and cheer each other, share tips, or questions

Online coaching is not a one-way road - it requires dedication, discipline and determination from YOU.

You have to show up and do the work.


You have to follow training/nutrition recommendations to give your body time to respond and see the change happening.


You have to be honest not just with me but with yourself!


You have to understand that your results depend on how much effort you put in.
