This monthly training program is focused on building strength and hypertrophy as a main goal. If you want to build muscle as a main goal and/or get stronger in your lifts - whether your goal is physique (get into shape) or purely strength then this program is for you.

You need access to the gym equipped with resistance & cardio machines, and free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells).

FIT is a monthly training program focused on functional fitness where you’ll have a chance to do different types of workouts with a focus on different fitness skills, strength, power, cardio or endurance. This program has a variety of workouts that won’t get boring but keep you challenging - short and sweet (spicy) workouts that get you to the next level of fitness.

You need access to the gym equipped with resistance & cardio machines including Ski, Bike, Rower Erg, Assault Bike and free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells) and also a functional area with some dead balls sandbags, sled for all the fun stuff.
