Hey, my name is Sabina…

I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist and online coach specialising in female fitness and health. My journey and struggles formed who I've become as a trainer and coach. I focus on hypertrophy and strength training, body recomposition, functional fitness, and mobility.

With my holistic approach, I always make sure that my clients not only succeed in the gym and during their training sessions but also outside of the gym to find their own definition of fitness and healthy lifestyle which includes nutrition coaching as well as habits and overall lifestyle.

Apart from that, I'm also a certified pre/postnatal fitness trainer, yoga teacher and a first-time mom. There is so much misinformation about strength training and physical activity in general. Many women come to me saying that they have no idea what to do or that they are scared to train during pregnancy. I help these women to find their own way of training and adjust to the stage of pregnancy where they currently are. I'm an example that weight training and physical activity during pregnancy are safe and beneficial.

Nutrition is my favourite thing as well. I have a history of disordered eating habits and as someone who is at peace with food now, I make sure that my clients develop healthy relationships with food and have general knowledge from my coaching.

I approach each client individually and with care and my goal is to create a positive coach-client relationship.

This a 12 or 16-week fully tailored program to your goals and needs. We will work closely on your goals, I help you to get your training plan together and how to train effectively, how to manage your nutrition based on your goals and preferences and also look at your lifestyle and habits to work on full long-lasting change.
